Pole Dancing Classes – Intro to Pole
This 30 minute intro to pole class will provide you with the necessary skills and foundations to be a Rock N Body pole diva. You will learn our basic signature moves to get you started feeling sexy and comfortable with the pole. Everyone must complete an intro class before attending beginner pole.
