Nutrition Progam

Nutritionally Fit N’ Sexy in Just 5 Weeks Being nutritionally fit
means supporting your mind, body and passions with appropriate wholesome foods
and basic supplementation. It’s about changing your relationship with food to
fuel your ultimate lifestyle and create the BEST YOU possible. Getting control
over how you eat, think, feel and thrive is the key to living better and
handling other areas of your life with ease.

Nutritionally Fit N’ Sexy is a five week nutritional education
program combined with the strength building, calorie burning and confidence
building pole fitness beginners techniques that will propel you into the world
of sustainable healthy and happy living.

Week 1: Nutrition 101

Week 2: Supplements/Tips/Trick

Week 3: Enzymes & Digestion

Week 4: Food Intolerances & Allergies

Week 5: Eating well for life

Pole Program

Over the 5 week session you will gain lean muscle and feel sexy
from the inside out. The small intimate class setting will allow you to
progressively get stronger and better with the encouragement and inspiration
from 6 other like-minded women. Each week you will be learning 2-3 different
spins along with transitions around the pole. These moves will build sexy &
sassy dance routines to get your heart rate up.
