Why Pole Dancing?
Its fun! There is no other way to describe it. It is the one night a week where you leave your identity at the door. It doesn’t matter if you are a mother, girlfriend, wife, associate or CEO – it’s all left outside our doors. You are here to do something completely for yourself and in return you will feel strong and sexy.
Do I Need to be in Shape for Class?
No. Pole Dancing is a great way to get into shape. We start everyone from the beginner level. We help you build muscle and learn proper form and technique to become better at Pole Dancing.
Do I Need Prior Dance Experience?
No. We assume that everyone has no prior dancing experience. Plus, Pole Dancing is something everyone can feel good at. You do not need any experience in dance, sports, or aerobics.
Will I Hang Upside Down?
Definitely not in our Beginner Courses! Not everyone wants to take Pole Dancing to the max. We offer levels where everyone will feel comfortable. If you do become addicted to the pole and want to continue to advance your skills, you will have the opportunity to learn inverts in intermediate and advanced classes.
Is There an Age Limit?
No. Pole Dancing is about feeling sexy in your own skin. You can feel good about yourself at any age! All of our classes have a mix of women from their early 20′s to their late 50′s! All ages welcome.
What Should I Wear?
Workout clothing that you feel good in. We only ask that beginners wear soft soul shoes that allow you to pivot, heels are wonderful but not mandatory
Do I Need My Friends in Class With Me?
No. We take pride in the fact that we are a small studio where we are warm and inviting. Our classes are structured on embracing and encouraging one another. You will feel comfortable in a class of 4 women, even if you sign up by yourself!
